If you feel the need for more than one appointment per month please contact me so we can discuss it further :)
I am just trying to be conscious of fitting everyone and their treatment needs in within a reasonable time.

I do not offer direct billing, you will be issued a copy of your receipt after your treatment for insurance submission.

Massage Therapy Cancellation Policy
At Maguire Massage Therapy your appointment time is reserved just for you and ONLY you. As a small business owner/ Massage Therapist we only get paid when a service is provided. When appointments are missed, it impacts our ability to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
We understand that unexpected events can occur, but we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance may be required to pay the full price of the treatment as booked.
No-Shows

Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full price of the service fee. ( not billable through insurance).
Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

You will still be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service.
Emergencies

We understand that true emergencies and sudden illnesses happen. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion
