MASSAGE
THERAPY

Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person’s health and well-being. There are dozens of types of massage therapy methods (also called modalities or techniques).

General Swedish Massage is the most common type of massage used by practitioners. It involves the manipulation of the superficial layers of the muscle to improve overall mental and physical health. This form of massage can be done using hands, forearms or elbows.

The benefits of therapeutic Swedish massage are in increase motion and circulation, promote mental & physical stress relief, improve range of motion and well as decrease muscle tension.

Each client and body deserve a different and personalized approach to achieving their wellness goals. With that being said the services above I may incorporate the use of RAPID Neurofascial reset,  essential oils, Gus Sha tools/ technique, Cupping, Deep tissue techniques, Indian Head Massage and/or other products beneficial to you and your overall health. I do not use one specific approach for the whole treatment. I like to take a collective approach that incorporates many techniques that I have acquired over the years of treating as one specific technique may not be the key to assisting your wellness.
